This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services (commercial items) for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Georgia, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This acquisition is being conducted as a small business set aside. All offerors are required to verify their small business status under NAICS code 561492 in their quote. Any quotes from offerors that do not meet the small business size standard will not be considered for award.

The Contractor shall provide Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO), Middle District of Georgia, Macon location.
The period of performance for this contract will include a base year and four (4) one-year options as follows:
Base Year: 02/01/2027 – 01/31/2028
Option Year I: 02/01/2028 – 01/31/2029
Option Year II: 02/01/2029 – 01/31/2030
Option Year III: 02/01/2030 – 01/31/2031
Option Year IV: 02/01/2031 – 01/31/2032
