The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, (NSWCCD) has a construction requirement for a Post-Test Lithium Battery Storage Facility in accordance with the attached Statement Of Work (SOW). The SOW attachments can be requested by contacting Heather Valiga at heather.l.valiga.civ@us.navy.mil, no later than 3 November 2026. The Government anticipates making future decisions regarding the acquisition strategy for this procurement based upon responses received from both small and large businesses that indicate an interest and demonstrate capability to perform the required effort.
