This is a Pre-Solicitation notice in which NIWC Atlantic, Charleston, SC intends to issue RFP N6523627R0004 for Cryptographic - Cryptologic (Crypto) and Key Management (KM) Systems Engineering and In Service Engineering Activity (ISEA). The estimated release date for the formal RFP is December 2026. A VIRTUAL Pre-Solicitation Conference via Microsoft Teams (link provided below) is scheduled to take place Wednesday, 18 November 2026, at 10:00am (EST). Please submit any questions prior to the event to jessica.b.lawless.civ@us.navy.mil and bridgette.l.clayton.civ@us.navy.mil by Friday, 13 November 2026 12:00PM (EST). Answers to advanced questions will be addressed during the live event. The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation conference is to solicit feedback and address relevant questions/comments. The Government is not accepting proposals at this time. An official RFP will be forthcoming.
