This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish a contract with highly qualified contractor(s) that provide Business Intelligence and Data Analytic Solutions as outlined in this solicitation for 1GPA Cooperative Members (Members) as needed. Solutions offered under this solicitation must have Business Intelligence, data analytics, data visualization, data management, or data-driven decision support as a primary or substantial function. Products or services that provide incidental reporting, dashboards, or analytics features but are primarily intended for another purpose are not within the intended scope.
Standalone, general-purpose artificial intelligence (AI) products and solutions are not within the intended scope. However, AI functionality that directly supports Business Intelligence, data analytics, or related capabilities within the scope of this solicitation is permitted.

Related Products and Services
Offerors may provide products, equipment, and professional or technical services necessary to implement, operate, or support the Business Intelligence and data analytics solutions offered under this solicitation. Related services may include implementation, configuration, integration, data migration and conversion, data modeling, dashboard and report development, customization, training, maintenance, technical support, and other services directly related to an offered solution.
Standalone equipment, general consulting, or professional services that are not directly related to Business Intelligence or data analytics are not within the intended scope of this solicitation.
**Electronic submittal required.** The electronic submission is to be uploaded online through OpenGov Procurement – https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/1gpa. Proposals received after the deadline will be rejected and will not be considered.
Evaluation criteria, in order of greatest importance:
It is 1GPA's intent to award a multi-term contract. The initial term of the resultant contract shall start on March 8, 2027 and shall continue for a period of one (1) year thereafter, unless terminated, cancelled or extended as otherwise provided herein.
1GPA's .01 (1%) administration fee shall be included in the Offeror's proposed price.
A Proposal is to be valid and irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days after the opening time and date.
