  • Prepare draft and final Safety Action Plan documents with maps, tables, graphics, appendices, and public-facing summary materials.

2.7 Stockton Hill Road Corridor Study - Design Concept Report

  • Evaluate Stockton Hill Road (corridor). Give focused attention to crash and congestion concerns between Detroit Avenue and Airway Avenue while maintaining a corridor-wide analysis.
  • Prepare the Design Concept Report, planning-level cost estimates, and approximately 10- to 30-percent-level concept plans for the preferred concept and other elements directed by the City.

2.8 Traffic Calming Manual

- Prepare a draft and final Traffic Calming Manual suitable for City adoption and ongoing staff use.

2.9 Integrated Public and Stakeholder Engagement
