The County of Volusia Fleet Management Division is seeking bids for automotive glass replacement and repair. Evaluation
Award will be made to the lowest total costs of the Sample Jobs on *Attachment A - Price Sheet*. All fields must be completed on the Sample Jobs section to be deemed responsive. Percentage % discounts shall remain firm throughout the term of the contract.
All Respondents are required to submit a list of three (3) references / relevant projects completed within the last three (3) years that are the same or similar in magnitude to this Solicitation. The County of Volusia shall not be listed as a reference.
Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible, Respondent whose Response represents the best overall value to the County when considering all evaluation factors.
Contract term
The successful Respondent shall be awarded an Agreement for an initial three (3) year term with the option for two (2) subsequent one (1) year renewals.
No Pre-solicitation Conference will be held.
