The Consultant shall provide additional resources to manage the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) and Local Administered Project (LAP) to assist the sub-recipient local governments on federal and state funded projects. Due to the need to be responsive, scalable and effective in accomplishment of its mission, Department is soliciting a consultant firm to provide the program management support needed under a Program Management Consultant (PMC) contract. Under the terms of the contract, the Consultant shall serve as a management extension of GDOT's Office of Program Delivery (OPD), assisting in the delivery of their mission and implementation of the projects under OPD charge.

• Delivery and/or Quality Lead

Total of six (6) Key Team Leaders

Full scope of work, instructions and requirements for the upcoming RFQ are to be posted as indicated below in the anticipated schedule*. No questions or submittals are due during the PNA.

Anticipated Schedule

• RFQ Issuance Date: **November 16, 2026**
• Statement of Qualifications Due Date: **December 16, 2026**

Restriction of Communication

From the advertisement date of this Public Notice Announcement, through the posting of the RFQ, until successful respondents are selected and the award is made official and announced, firms are not allowed to communicate about this PNA/RFQ Solicitation or scope with any staff of GDOT including the Commissioner and GDOT Board Members, except for the submission of questions as instructed in the upcoming Request for Qualifications, with the contact designated in the PNA/RFQ or as provided by any existing work agreement(s). For violation of this provision, GDOT reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending respondent.
