Deliveries shall be FOB, freight included destination as indicated on the release and shall be complete within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of release. Deliveries shall be made to West Shops, 3900 W Maypole, Chicago Il 60624 pending receipt of release or to the CTA location designated on the release. Deliveries are to be made on weekdays, except holidays, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
The Contractor shall submit an invoice for the acceptable and approved fiber optic cables, delivered.
