The Oriole Park at Camden Yards Renovations Project Package 8B is associated with the Left Field Upper Concourse that will be scheduled to begin late 2026 and throughout the offseason 2027. Gilbane Building Company, along with Warren Builds, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the bid packages listed below:

This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 32% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the Procore Bidding Plan Room, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.
