Sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) for: Supply and Deliver Law Enforcement Uniforms – Per Bid No. 27-063.

The City hereby requests competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, § 6. The term of the contract is to be one year, with the option to renew for a second and/or third year. The estimated contract value is **$150,000.00 per year**.

Bids will be received until **2:00 PM: November 10, 2026** by: The Office of Procurement, Attention: Lauren Stabilo, Chief Procurement Officer, 36 Court Street, Room 307, Springfield MA 01103; at which time the bids will be privately opened and recorded in the OOP Bid Room. Bid documents will be available October 26, 2026 at the Office of Procurement.
