Request for Proposals Summer Camp Operator 2027

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, Section 6, the Town of Acton, by and through its Town Manager, seeks sealed proposals from qualified organizations, businesses, or individuals to plan, manage, and operate a 7 to 10 week summer camp program for children ages 5 and up at NARA Park, a town-owned recreation facility located at 25 Ledge Rock Way, Acton, MA.

This RFP is being solicited and E-bid through www.Projectdoc.com Project Code 262666. RFP documents will be available **November 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM** until the submission deadline. **Late submissions and email proposals will not be accepted.** Proposal submittals are due by **December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM**.
