The University of Michigan ("University") seeks proposals from select suppliers that provide Environmental Consulting Services. The goal of this Request for Proposal is to retain a variety of environmental consulting experts that may assist the Environment, Health & Safety Department (EHS) on various projects as they arise.
The primary scope of this RFP includes the three University of Michigan campuses located in Ann Arbor.

All travel time billed to the University must originate from your firm's closest office to the project site, regardless of the location of the assigned staff member.
All reimbursable expenses, such as ice, shipping, expendable field supplies, and rental equipment, shall be billed at actual cost with no markup.
Please confirm that your firm is able to prepare and deliver draft reports documenting the results of all requested work, and that all draft reports will be fully vetted internally prior to submission to EHS.
Please confirm that your firm can provide final reports in the following formats upon request:
The University expects to enter into a contract with the successful supplier(s) for a 3 year period with an option to extend for an additional 1 year period for 2 years as mutually agreed upon between the University and the supplier.
The University makes no guarantee of any minimum or maximum volume of work, dollar amount, or number of projects to be assigned under any contract resulting from this solicitation.
The University will make payment immediately upon invoice (Net 0 days) approval with supplier enrollment in a University accepted virtual card payment program. Otherwise, payment will be made within forty-five (45) days (Net 45 days) after the University's receipt of an invoice, with payment through Check, ACH or Wire transfer as applicable.
Prices quoted will be held firm for a minimum of 3 year(s).
It is the University's preference that the supplier sign the standard contract "as is" and in fact may consider extensive changes to the contract as a reason to exclude a supplier from further consideration.
Provide resumes for all Key Personnel that may be involved with execution of the tasks outlined in the proposal. Each resume should not exceed two pages.
