Lears Road Resurfacing (Part A) and Wah-Wahs-Noo-Da-Ke Road Resurfacing (Part B) - Project Manual

The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians is seeking sealed bids for road resurfacing work in two parts.

• Part A: Construction of 12,393 syds of HMA cold milling, 12,393 syds of chip seal, 1,432 tons of single course HMA 5EML overlay, concrete curb and gutter, pavement markings, and slope restoration on Lears Road.
• Part B: Construction of 1,163 syds of HMA cold milling, 120 ft of concrete curb and gutter, 970 sft of concrete sidewalk, 680 tons of HMA ultra-tin overlay, pavement markings, and slope restoration on Wah-Wahs-Noo-Da-Ke Roads.

**Sealed Bids** will be received by LITTLE TRAVERSE BAY BANDS OF ODAWA INDIANS at 7500 ODAWA CIRCLE, HARBOR SPRINGS, MICHIGAN 49740, until **2:00 PM, Local Time, Wednesday December 9, 2026**, at which time and place said Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.

Each Bid package shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least **five (5) percent** of the amount bid, drawn payable to the OWNER as security for the proper execution of the Agreement.

Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of sixty (60) days after the date of receiving bids.

Bids shall be included in an opaque sealed envelope, marked with the Project title and name and address of the Bidder and accompanied by the Bid Security and other required documents. If the Bid is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation "BID ENCLOSED" on the face thereof.

Written requests for an interpretation must be delivered at least seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids. Subject to the approval of OWNER, the Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
