Qualifications Based Selection (QBS): The City intends to select and enter into an agreement to provide services for future potential City projects (the "Agreement") with those firms evaluated to be best qualified to perform the work for the City with cost, compatibility and other performance factors also considered.
Based upon review of the SOQ's, City Staff will recommend to the City Council the firms that are proposed to be retained. It is anticipated that the City Council will consider formal approval at a February 2027 meeting.
Agreements under the Consultant Pool will have a term of five (5) years from the date of execution, subject to satisfactory performance and continuity of qualified personnel. Selection into the Consultant Pool does not guarantee the award of work.
