Bid Opening

The estimated construction cost for the base bid of this project is: **$175,000.00**

Each bid shall be based on providing the materials and equipment specified in the Bid Documents. [...] Materials and equipment for which there is no installation procedure noted in the specifications shall be installed in conformance with the manufacturer's written instructions.

All bidders submitting bids to the State of Nevada, Office of the Military (OTM) must be qualified as bidders by the Nevada State Controller's Office and have an active vendor profile on NevadaEPro prior to the bid opening.

Each bid shall consist of the properly completed *Bid Proposal Form*, *Bid Bond* (for bids over **$100,000** per NAC Section 341.077), and the required Subcontractor lists.

All submitted bids in excess of **$100,000** must include the cost of performance and payment bonds in the bid amount.

The prevailing wage rates as established by the Office of the Nevada Labor Commissioner must be paid when noted in the Invitation to Bid, regardless of the size of the project.

Bidders may request interpretations or clarifications of the Bid Documents at any time prior to 72 hours before the Bid Time by making a written request to the Architect or Engineer.
