2027 Prof Services - Attorneys - Planning Board & Zoning Board

Cherry Hill Township Planning Board desires to appoint an attorney and conflict attorney consistent with the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., whose responsibilities will be to represent the Planning Board at all of their respective regular and special meetings and work sessions, conduct legal research and render legal opinions, represent the Board in any litigation and assist the Board in any other manner necessary for the calendar year 2026.

Cherry Hill Township Zoning Board desires to appoint an attorney consistent with the provision of the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., whose responsibilities will be to represent the Zoning Board at all of their respective regular and special meetings and work sessions, conduct legal research and render legal opinions, represent the Board in any litigation and assist the Board in any other manner necessary for the calendar year 2026.

Bidders should demonstrate knowledge of the Municipal Land Use Law, zoning and planning, preparation of resolutions, redevelopment law and other matters pertinent to the Planning Board. Any experience or knowledge of matters that directly affect Cherry Hill Township should be addressed. Bidders may be an individual or a firm.

One (1) or more Attorney(s) within each specialty may be awarded a one (1) year contract. Appointments shall be for the 2027 calendar year. Price and other factors considered.
