**New Equipment is required.** Newly refurbished will not be accepted.

If vendor is bigging an approved equal, vendor shall provide specifications for each part listed within the bid proposal.

Vendor shall include withing the proposal manufacturer standard warranty on all parts and labor.

Proposal shall include all aspects in regards to training including training material, transportation and lodging of technicians. Bergen County will not be billed additionally.

Price quotes shall be firm, net exclusive of all use, sales and excise tax and must include all transportation, calibration, delivery, loading and unloading, fully prepaid F.O.B. destination, inside delivery installation and debris removed. The federal excise number for the County of Bergen is IRS#22-600-2426-W
