NJ County College Joint Purchasing Consortium (“Consortium”), a voluntary joint Higher Education Cooperative Purchasing group, has appointed Ocean County College to act as lead agent (“Purchasing Agent”) for contracting of the Energy Consortium’s Consultant for electric and natural gas supply cooperative procurement for interested county colleges in the State of New Jersey.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed RFPs will be received by the Executive Director of Procurement & Compliance for Ocean County College on 12/15/2026 by 11:00 a.m. prevailing time at Ocean County College, 1 College Drive, Admin. Bldg. #1, Room 012, Toms River, NJ 08753 at which time and place RFPs will be opened and read in public.

Specifications and other RFP information may be obtained online at ocean.bonfirehub.com RFPs must be made on the proposal forms included with the RFP specification, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the vendor and RFP 26-27 R-1809 Consortium Energy Consultant Services JPC on the outside, addressed to the Purchasing Department at the address above.

Vendors are to direct all questions via ocean.bonfirehub.com No telephone calls will be permitted.

Vendors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., and N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.44 (LFN 2024-04).

In the event a proposal is awarded, the following forms will be required prior to contract award, therefore the College requests them in advance.
