On-Call Professional Surveying Services

Lea County, in accordance with §13-1-154.1, NMSA (2013) desires to establish multiple source on-call price agreements for professional Surveying Services.

All potential Offerors are encouraged to read this Request for Proposals carefully, especially mandatory requirements. it is the intent of the County to issue a multiple award in order to establish a pool of qualified firms for future projects. Each of the qualified firms will enter into a Master Agreement with the County that will allow "Task Orders for Professional Services" to be negotiated on a per project basis.

Surveyor will be requested to perform various surveying tasks related to various Right of Way, Topographic, Mapping, Floodplain, Aerial, and Property Surveying duties for various projects throughout Lea County.

A multi-award project will be considered. Surveyor per task will be selected based on availability and knowledge of specific work.

Each task order issued will be negotiated based on scope of work requested by Lea County.

**Submission method:** Responses will be accepted electronically through the County's OpenGov Procurement portal until **Tuesday, December 1, 2026 before 3:00 pm**. Hard copy, faxed, or emailed responses will NOT BE accepted. No late submittals will be accepted.

An Evaluation Committee will review and score proposals. Finalists may be asked to submit revisions to their proposals for the purpose of obtaining best and final offers.

This RFP is for a multi-term contract which will be effective upon execution by Lea County. Award will be for an initial one (1) year with the option for three (3) one (1) year renewal at the discretion of both parties.

Responses to this RFP, including proposal prices, will be considered firm for ninety (90) days after the due date.
