RFP 130-WTCC2304982309-26AL Janitorial and Custodial Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Janitorial and Custodial Services for Wake Technical Community College. These services are crucial to the efficient operation and strategic initiatives of the college.

Wake Tech is the largest community college in North Carolina, with nine (9) campus locations within Wake County, approximately 1,882,500 square feet area requiring janitorial and custodial services. Wake Tech serves over 74,000 students annually offering a wide range of degree, diploma, and certificate programs, as well as non-credit courses for workforce development and personal enrichment.

The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.

Contract Term

The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date") or July 1, 2027, whichever is later.

Submission

Vendor's proposals for this procurement must be submitted through the Sourcing Tool. Only Proposals submitted through the Content Section of the Ariba Sourcing Event will be considered. Proposals submitted through the Message Board will not be accepted or considered for award.

Late bids, regardless of cause, will not be opened or considered, and will be automatically disqualified from further consideration.

Evaluation

Wake Tech will conduct a One-Step evaluation of Proposals. Total Points Available: 100 points

• Technical Response: 50 points
• Vendor Experience (Section 4.3): 30 points
• Pricing (Attachment A): 20 points

Offer shall be valid for at least one hundred twenty (120) days from date of bid opening.
