Jail Medical RFP

The Allen County Board of Commissioners will receive proposals via QuestCDN.com at the office of the Allen County Board of Commissioners, 204 North Main Street, Suite 301, Lima, OH 45801. The purpose of these proposals shall be to furnish Medical Services for a 199 bed jail facility, in accordance with specifications, which will be available via QuestCDN.com, EBidDoc # 10429254 or in the office of the Allen County Commissioners.

Proposals received after that time will not be accepted.

There will be a non-returnable charge of **$10.00** to cover Handling for each set of proposal documents delivered by mail. The proposal shall be on vendor's letterhead. Proposals must be signed by a responsible officer of the company and submitted via QuestCDN.com or in a sealed envelope marked Allen County Medical Services Proposal as specified in the RFP.

A proposal bond or a certified check, cashier's check, or money order (no other kind of check is acceptable according to the Ohio Revised Code) on a solvent bank or savings and loan association in the amount of **$500.00**, payable to Allen County Board of Commissioners, shall accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if a proposal is accepted, a contract shall be entered into and its performance properly secured.

A contract will be awarded on the basis of ORC Section 307.862 Competitive sealed proposals procedure.
