Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Ottawa County Commissioners at their offices in the Court House, 315 Madison Street, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452 until 11:30 A.M., local time, November 12, 2026 at which time bids will be opened for the **PURCHASE OF DIVE EQUIPMENT**.

The items in this bid are funded through the State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSP).

Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment required for the **PURCHASE OF DIVE EQUIPMENT**.

Delivery of equipment no later than **September 30, 2027**.

The Sheriff's Office reserves the right to increase or decrease quantity of items being purchased based on availability of funding.

Bids must be sealed and endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name of the bidder and the project bid upon. Bids received after the scheduled bid opening date and time will neither be read nor considered. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.

No proposal will be considered unless it is made on the blanks furnished by the County. No bidder shall take any exception to any requirement of the specifications. No bid guarantee required.

Each bidder shall complete a Non-Collusion Affidavit and include it with their proposal.

If a contract is to be awarded, it will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder whose evaluation by OWNER indicated to them that the award will be in the best interest of Ottawa County.
