Proposer will be responsible for obtaining all required Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) permits or any other pertinent permits, licensing or approvals, and to comply with all applicable EPA regulations and/or all other applicable laws, zoning, and regulations.
Vendor will submit copies of the dumping slips to the project manager after the debris is disposed of at the vendor location, with the vendor taking full responsibility of the debris at that point.
