Sealed Bids for the complete demolition, removal, disposal, grading, and restoration of the residential property located at 1333 Water Street, Washingtonville, PA 17884 will be received electronically via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Washingtonville Municipal Authority until **11 A.M. local time on November 13, 2026**.

DEMOLITION OF RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE

**Submission method:** Bids are received electronically via PennBid. Bidders are required to register on the website for the ability to view and/or acquire the Bidding Documents. Bidders shall complete the electronic bid form within PennBid ("Prepare Your Submission" tab).

Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the "Messages/Vendor Discussions" feature in PennBid no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids.

A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of **10%** of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents).

To demonstrate Bidder's qualifications to perform the Work, Bidder shall submit with its Bid a *Qualifications Statement* and a *Non-Collusion Affidavit*.

Washingtonville Municipal Authority reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids and to award either contract to the lowest responsible bidder for the total of all bid items. No bidder may withdraw his or her bid within sixty (60) days after the actual opening thereof.
