Delaware County Solid Waste Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the following Project: Smokestack Demolition

Submission
Bids shall be submitted online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by the date and time indicated in the Instruction to Bidders along with the Bid security and the other documents required to be submitted as identified herein. Bidder is required to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. A Site visit is scheduled following the pre-bid conference.
Evaluation
If Owner awards the contract for the Work, such award will be to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive Bid.
