Project Description: Richland School District Two, hereafter referred to as the “District,” is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services for the renovation of the Global & Military Welcome Center and Community Connection Hub, located at 8131 Brookfield Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29223.
**Submission method:** Richland School District Two will accept sealed proposals via the District's e-Procurement Portal. A copy of the RFP is available on the District’s e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow (OpenGov). All proposals shall be received no later than **1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 17, 2026**. Late proposals will not be accepted.
**Bid Security:** Bond Security is a requirement of the proposal submittal. Bond Security shall be **5%** of the cost proposal provided.
The Offeror must certify that the price quoted for the services to be provided is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the Offer.
