The County of Greenville is seeking sealed qualifications from firms to provide architectural and engineering services for an expansion to the Greenville County Courthouse located at 305 E. North Street, Greenville, SC 29601.

The County of Greenville is seeking qualifications from firms to provide all architectural and engineering design for site development, construction, utilities, data/communications, security and fixed equipment. The new expansion shall match the appearance and impression of the existing structures.

The firm is expected to work closely with the County to develop a construction document that is in sufficient detail, to specifically set forth the requirements for the project, construction administration, direction, and oversight for the duration of the project.

Firms responding to this Request for Qualifications must demonstrate previous success in high quality but cost-contained design development, construction document development, and construction administration. Firms shall include in their response any experience with design of similar projects in scope and size including evidence demonstrating their ability to obtain a high-quality project that can be completed on time and within budget.

Firms shall submit methodologies they intend to use to perform the design, construction document development, and construction administration.

**Submission method:** Sealed qualifications will be received through the County's online procurement portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/greenvillecounty until **Friday, November 6, 2026, 3:00 pm**, then publicly opened. Submissions will not be accepted after the deadline. Facsimile transmittals, emails, hard copies or offers communicated by telephone will not be accepted or considered.

**Evaluation:** The responses will be evaluated on the following criteria, each scored 0-10 points (10 points, 16.7% of total):

• Methodology / Approach to this project

**Insurance:** Comprehensive General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate; Automobile Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence; Statutory Worker's Compensation with Employers liability of $1,000,000; Umbrella Excess Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $1,000,000 annual aggregate; Professional Service Errors and Omissions Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $1,000,000 aggregate.
