The City of Murfreesboro is accepting sealed quotations for Youth Basketball Jerseys, RFQ-17-2027 to be received no later than Thursday, November 19, 2026, 2:00 pm CST.
Item 1 - Basketball Jerseys for Youth League
A minimum of 1480 jerseys will be purchased totaling around 160 teams– actual numbers will be determined through registration. Reversable jerseys 100% polyester Micro Poly Interlock (No Mesh) with at least 5 available jersey colors. Sizes will range from youth small to adult triple extra-large.
Item 2 - Head Coach Shirts
A minimum of 150 Head Coach t-shirts with team name provided on front. Shirts should be of 50/50 blend in assorted colors.
Price should include packaging of shirts by individual team and labeling on the outside of the package. Labeling should include team name, color of shirt and the number and sizes of shirts. Each team package will need to be placed in separate boxes. This information will be provided at a later date.
Jerseys must be free of any defects or flaws. No factory seconds allowed. If a shirt is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, the shirt must be replaced within five days of the request for replacement. Exact sizes, colors and number of jerseys needed will be determined after registration of participants and sponsors is completed. Jerseys will be numbered 1-5 (single digit) and 10-13 (double digits) and team names. White print on main color side and black on reversed side.

Item 3 - Delivery – F.O.B. Destination
All team packages must be delivered by Monday January 04, 2027 or sooner to: McFadden Community Center, 211 Bridge Avenue, Murfreesboro, TN 37130
All quotation responses must be received and acknowledged by the Purchasing Department on or before the day and time listed below, at which time all quotes will be opened. A link will be provided to all those registered as following this bid. **Only electronic quotes will be accepted.**
Estimated Quantities Only. All prices must include all costs. Costs included in the quote prices shall include all services rendered and parts, labor, accessories, shipping/freight, and any other standard equipment necessary to provide this service. The City is not subject to sales tax.
Order Date: Exact number of jerseys and sizes will be ordered no later than **Friday December 11, 2026**.
