2nd Street SE Relocation of Interior Vault Utilities

The Public Improvement, upon which quotes are requested, generally consists of relocating existing interior vault utilities prior to the 2nd Street SE Vault and Sidewalk Repair project located at the vault in the basement of the Town Centre building, 316 2nd Street SE. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is **$75,000**.

Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis.

An incentive/disincentive of $1,000 per working day, with a maximum incentive payment of $10,000, incentive/disincetive shall be charged per Article 4.03.

Bids shall be submitted to the City's IonWave website (http://citycrbids.ionwave.net) before **11:00 a.m. on November 18, 2026**. Bids must be completed and submitted by this time, or the website will not accept your submission. Mailed, hand-delivered, emailed or faxed submissions will not be accepted.

The successful bidder shall be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price.

If any prospective bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any parts of the contract documents, the bidder shall use the “Questions” function on the project’s listing found on the City’s IonWave website, http://citycrbids.ionwave.net.

The City reserves the right to defer acceptance of any proposal for 60 calendar days after the bids have been received and opened.

Pre-bid conference attendance is **mandatory** in order for a Bidder to be considered responsive.
