Currently deposits are made by City staff on a daily basis but all transactions are under the direction/control of the Finance Director. The Finance Department handles all reconciliation.

The City has approximately 450+ employees, permanent full and part time, and the payroll is paid the bi-weekly. Schertz uses a 3rd party payroll company who takes a wire transfer to fund payroll and distributes payments on behalf of the City.

| Employee Benefits Trust | $0 | Benefits Trust | Non-Interest |

The City will entertain changing the structure of the account for maximum earnings potential and will examine sweeps and other structures proposed. The bank will be asked to present the most efficient structure to effect the best investment rates and best operating efficiency.
