Bid NO. 27-07 Town Creek Branch Slope Repair Follow Solicitation

SEALED BIDS addressed to the Mayor and Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas, will be received at the office of the City Secretary, City of Huntsville, 1212 Avenue M, Huntsville, Texas 77340 until **2:00 p.m. Central Time, Tuesday, November 24, 2026** for the purpose of furnishing all supervision, materials, equipment and the performing of all work required in the construction of the Town Branch Creek Channel Slope Repair, Project #21-03-01.1, Bid #27-07. [...] Estimated cost of the project is in the **$550,000.00** range.

The work includes:

1. Repair eroded channel side slope with 2,046 CY of imported fill.
2. Install 24" Stone Protection riprap and anchored sodding through both stream bends, on both banks.

And other improvements incidental thereto.

**Submission method:** BIDS shall be submitted in sealed envelopes upon the blank form furnished herewith. Sealed envelopes shall be marked: "Town Branch Creek Channel Slope Repair, Project #21-03-01.1, Bid #27-07. Do not open until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, Tuesday, November 24, 2026."

The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained for tabulation, checking and evaluation.

In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, or in the event of any informality in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids.

Time for beginning and completing the work shall be **105 calendar days** from the date given in the "NOTICE TO PROCEED".
