SCOPE OF WORK
The base bid scope of work includes a full campus HVAC controls system replacement, replacement of the existing air-cooled chillers, replacement of three existing rooftop units (RTUs), and installation of new visitor signage, along with all associated mechanical, electrical, and controls work required to provide complete and operational systems. Alternate No. 1 includes replacement of the existing make-up air unit and associated work.

Submission
THIS IS A TWO (2) SUBMISSION PROCESS-BOTH SUBMISSIONS MUST BE COMPLETED. Submission 1 is the electronic submission through **IonWave**. Submission 2 is the hard copy hand-delivery or mail delivery submission (**required**): one (1) original labeled ORIGINAL, in a sealed envelope delivered to Plano ISD, Purchasing Department, 2201 W Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75023 prior to closing date and time. The sealed envelope needs to reference CSP #2027-01-03 Daffron Elementary School Systems & Compliance. The district will not accept faxed or e-mailed proposals.
Bonds and insurance
Each individual Proposal package submitted must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to Owner in an amount of **five percent (5%)** of the Proposal price. Only the awarded proposer is required to furnish a certificate of insurance naming Plano ISD as additional insured, delivered within 14 days of the date of the award notification.
Evaluation
