The RFP will begin with an initial competitive procurement round that includes a defined closing date, responsiveness review, evaluation, selection, and qualification determination. After the initial evaluation and qualification process is completed, WSB intends to reopen the RFP and accept additional proposals on a continuing basis throughout the solicitation availability period, including any approved extensions.

Contract Term
It is the intent of WSB to execute a contract for a 12-month period, with the option to renew for up to four (4) one-year periods, upon 30-day written notice of intent to renew issued by WSB prior to the current term end date. The total term of the agreement may not exceed sixty (60) months (five years).
