The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced contractors for the purpose of minor construction and repair services.
The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to establish a pool of up to five (5) contractors to provide minor construction services on an as-needed, project-specific basis at NTMWD facilities and properties.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, disposal, permits, subcontractors, and other resources necessary to complete authorized Purchase Orders.
Work may include, but is not limited to, the following:
Interior Construction and Renovation
Doors, Windows, and Building Openings
Exterior Construction
The Contractor shall properly remove, transport, recycle, and dispose of construction debris and other materials generated by the work in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and NTMWD requirements.
Individual projects awarded under the Contract shall be authorized through written Purchase Orders issued by NTMWD.
**Submission:** Only electronic submissions to Bonfire shall be accepted. Proposals MUST be uploaded to ntmwd.bonfirehub.com by **December 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central**. NTMWD will not consider late proposals.
Proposals shall be single-spaced the entire document and shall be no more than fifteen (15) pages in total length, excluding the Cover Letter, Table of Contents, Disclosure Statements, Addenda, surety letter, and safety documentation required in Section 3.

Term
The initial term of this agreement shall commence on the date of the last signatory and shall be for a period of one (1) year. The agreement will automatically renew under the same pricing, terms, and conditions for four (4) additional one-year periods unless NTMWD provides Contractor with written notice of its intent to terminate the agreement at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the current term. In no event shall the entire term of this agreement exceed five (5) years.
Before a contract can be executed, the successful proposer shall provide evidence of insurance coverage in accordance with the "Insurance Provisions" in SPECIAL PROVISIONS contained within this solicitation document.
