The Texas Water Development Board solicits the following items under a competitive proprietary solicitation.

• SatLink 3 Lite, Model SL3-LITE, SatLink 3-Lite Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite Transmitter, No Brackets, 10 EA
• Geostationary Antenna with GPS and Mounting Bracket, Model GEO Ant/GPS, Part Number GEO-ANT_GPS, 20 EA. Mounting bracket will accommodate up to a 2.5” OD Pole. Hardware supplied for 2.5”.

GOES logging transmitter performance specifications

• GOES (NOAA/NESDIS) Certification Standard: Version 2.0 GOES 300 bps and 1200 bps
• Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connectivity for setup
• iOS compatible app for field setup and configuration
• Automatic firmware check and upgrade when connecting to device
• Test transmission utility for validating setup
• Digital display of GPS satellite acquisition and signal quality
• SDI-12 inputs: V1.3 or later; at least two input channels
• Operating voltage: minimum 10.8 to 16 V DC range
• Operating temperature: -40 to +70 C

These specifications are being advertised under Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code. Only bids on times conforming exactly to these specifications, which include proposing only the brand name(s), make and model(s) specified, will be considered in determining an award.
