Submission
Proposals should be submitted electronically through the District's electronic bidding system in accordance with the instructions contained in this solicitation.
Respondents choosing to submit a hard-copy proposal (in lieu of electronic response) must submit the complete proposal in a sealed package clearly marked:

Award
