Bids are solicited for Utility Installation and Repair Services with the following definitions, term and conditions of bidding.
A complete set of Bidding and Contract Documents will be made available for no charge via www.civcastusa.com or on the City website at https://www.nactx.us/bids.aspx.
**Sealed bids** are due at **2:00 PM on November 12, 2026** after which time all qualified bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at Conference Room 203, 202 East Pilar Street, Nacogdoches, Texas 75961. Bids received after the specified deadline will be returned unopened.
Sealed bids shall be clearly marked with the bid number and title and addressed to the City of Nacogdoches – Engineering Division. Bids shall be delivered using one of the following:

A Contract may be awarded to either the lowest responsible bidder or the bidder who provides services at the best value for the City.
