Future Procurement Notice - Statewide Physical Asset Inventory & Space Utilization Assessment Services

DMV will be soliciting competitive proposals from qualified vendors to:

• Conduct a 100% physical asset inventory of all fixed assets at all 96 DMV facility locations – DMV Headquarters, 75 Customer Service Centers (CSCs), 13 Motor Carrier Service Centers (MCSCs / Weigh Stations), and 6 CDL Testing Facilities and 1 Abingdon District Office – verifying, tagging, photographing, and condition-rating all fixed assets and reconciling findings against existing FAACS and EAMS records; and
• Conduct a structured space utilization assessment at all 96 locations, documenting how every room and area in the portfolio is currently categorized, assigned, and used – producing a standardized, data-driven space inventory that will inform capital planning, lease decisions, portfolio optimization, and ADA compliance reviews.
