Submission

Submit Online at DES Public Procurement Portal: https://deswa.bonfirehub.com. No later than **1:00 PM, Tuesday, December 1, 2026**. Bids should be submitted no later than 1:00 PM for the Virtual Public Bid Opening on Microsoft Teams which will be held at approximately 1:30 PM.

Subcontractor Listings

Bidders must submit Subcontractor Listing Forms A and B for all bids, regardless of whether the listed categories of work are included in the project. Form A (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical): Due with bid proposal **AT TIME OF BID SUBMITTAL**. Failure to submit Form A with the bid will render the bid non-responsive. Form B (Structural Steel Install, Rebar Install): Must be submitted no later than **48 hours** after the bid submittal deadline via email to: FPSsubcontractorlist@des.wa.gov.

Requirements

Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. Supplemental Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project. The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Pierce County.

The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
