Annual Fire Hydrant Replacements

Sealed proposals for the construction of Annual Fire Hydrant Replacements will be received by The City of Pelham, Alabama (Owner) in the DSPW City Hall Conference Room in Pelham, Alabama at 3162 Pelham Parkway until **2:00 p.m.**, the prevailing time, on **December 03rd, 2026** or by mailing to Post Office Box 1479, Pelham, Alabama 35124 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

The bid is comprised of the following principal items and approximate quantities:

- 11 Fire Hydrant Replacements at various locations

Specifications may be inspected at the Water Works of the City of Pelham, AL and after registering and payment of **$50.00**, they may be downloaded from Municipal Consultants’ planroom at https://municipalconsultantsplanroom.org/. Cost of plans and specifications is non-refundable.

All Bidders must be responsible, meeting the criteria and requirements set forth in the specification documents. Prequalification of Bidders is not required.

This project is considered a “Public Works” project and is governed by competitive bid laws as contained in Title 39 of the Alabama Code. Bidders, subcontractors, suppliers, and Bond Agents should be familiar with this code.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days from the date set for receiving of the same.
