Fuel Services for Gulf Coast Research & Extension Center

Auburn University is seeking sealed bids for Unleaded Gasoline & Diesel Fuel for Gulf Coast Research & Extension Center per the terms, conditions, & specifications listed herein. Please include a completed and notarized disclosure statement with your response.

Cost plus bid for regular unleaded 87 conventional gasoline and off-road diesel fuel for delivery on an as needed basis. Since we prefer same day delivery but next day is allowed, we would need the company to be within 60 miles from the delivery site which is the fuel tanks housed at the Gulf Coach Research and Extension Center at 8300 State Highway 104, Fairhope, AL 36532

• Approximately 3,500 gallons of regular unleaded gasoline
• Approximately 6,800 gallons of off-road diesel fuel

Proposals should be submitted to the Procurement & Business Services Sourcing Event Portal on or before the time and date set for closing.

All bids are to be "F.O.B. Destination - Freight Prepaid and Allowed."

AU reserves the right to award in whole or in part, by line item, or make multiple awards, where such action serves Auburn University’s best interest.

Proposers may withdraw proposals at any time prior to the time and date set for opening.
