Auburn University is seeking sealed bids for a Scanning Electron Microscope for College of Engineering per the terms, conditions, & specifications listed herein.

Specifications

• Resolution, high vacuum mode: 1.0nm at 20kV; 3.0nm at 1.0kV
• Electron gun: In-lens Schottky field emission electron gun
• Accelerating voltage: 0.5kV to 30kV
• Probe current: A few pA to 300nA
• Maximum specimen size: 200mm diameter x 75mm height

Other specifications

• The equipment must be available for delivery within 1-month of bid close date
• If used, the seller needs to be willing to work with the manufacturer for relocation.
• If used, the seller needs to be willing to work with the manufacturer to ensure at least a 1-yr warranty is available.
