The purpose of this IFB is to solicit responses from qualified firms to provide Tree Replacement Services to Estrella Mountain Community College Tree Replacement. This IS an all or nothing Bid.
MCCCD comprises ten colleges, and numerous education centers dedicated to educational excellence by meeting the needs of the businesses and the citizens of Maricopa County. Each college is individually accredited, yet part of a larger system, the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD or District).
The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and services, as appropriate, for the efficient and sound performance of this Contract, or in subsequent extensions or amendments.
The Contractor shall be financially responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, and bonding related to this Contract to comply with pertinent municipal, county, State and Federal laws.
