SKF DbX Analyzers, Accessories, and Training

The Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) is seeking to purchase SKF DbX Analyzers and Accessories and for the vendor to provide a 3-day advanced on-site training.

OC San, of Orange County, California, will receive bids until **2:00 pm on Friday, November 20, 2026**. Bids must be received via our OpenGov Procurement & Contract Management system. Bids must be submitted in accordance with all provisions of the specifications.

The equipment/goods shall be delivered F.O.B. destination to Orange County Sanitation District, Plant No. 1, 10844 Ellis Avenue, Fountain Valley, California, 92708, within the lead time as indicated on the Bid Documents.

All items must be delivered and received by OC San no later than **June 30, 2027**.

Equipment shall be new and unused and of current production.

The Vendor confirms to have sourced all products submitted in this offer from the listed manufacturers in Exhibit A through Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current applicable policies of the manufacturer at the time of purchase.

**All bidders must be registered on OC San's OpenGov system in order to submit a bid.** Bids must be received via our OpenGov Procurement & Contract Management system at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ocsan by the date and time herein above set forth, at which time it will be automatically tabulated.

Bids submitted hereunder shall be valid for a period of not less than 180 calendar days from the date of the bid opening.

An Award Recommendation may be made to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder for the total lump sum cost of equipment/goods.

The term of this Purchase Order Contract shall be in effect from the Notice to Proceed date to June 30, 2027.

OC San shall pay, Net 30 days, upon receipt of itemized invoices, on-site training completion and receipt of items in accordance with the Technical Specifications (Exhibit A).

The *Determined Insurance Requirement Form* and *Certification of Ability to Provide Coverages Specified* affidavit must be executed and submitted within 48 hours of your bid.

Required forms: *Determined Insurance Requirement Form (DIRF)*, California Code Acknowledgement, *Non-Collusion Affidavit*, and *Iran Contracting Act Verification Form* if the total cost exceeds $1,000,000.
