It is Alachua County's intent to award a blanket purchase order for Fiscal Year 2027, which generally begins on October 1, 2026 and ends on September 30, 2027.

**Submission method:** Respondents shall create a free account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup. Once you have completed account registration, browse back to this page, click on "Draft Response", and follow the instructions to submit pricing.

The response must be received by **5:00 pm on Friday, November 6, 2026**. THE COUNTY and the PUBLIC PORTAL PLATFORM WILL NOT ACCEPT LATE SUBMITTALS.

All quotes should be submitted with the firm name and by an officer or employee having authority to bind the company or firm.

**Required submittals:** *Submittal Confirmation*, *Taxpayer Identification Form* (W-9), State Compliance registration documents, and Vendor Eligibility confirmation.

**Insurance:** Type E requirements include Commercial General Liability of $1,000,000 each Occurrence, Automobile Liability of $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit each accident (when Vendor delivers to County premises), and Workers Compensation at STATUTORY limits with Employer's Liability of $100,000 each accident; $500,000 disease policy limit and $100,000 disease each employee.

**Escalation:** The annual price escalation percentage will not exceed 3%. Price escalation requests are required 120 days prior to the start of a new term or renewal.
