Corridor Safety Study

On behalf of the Capital Region Transportation Planning Agency ("CRTPA"), the City of Tallahassee Florida, ("City"), the Procurement Services Office is issuing this "Request for a Statement of Qualifications" (RFSQ) and is requesting written Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") from interested firms that meet the qualifications herein to provide Services in support of this request.

The solicitation is titled Corridor Safety Study.

The City uses EUNA (formerly Bonfire) https://talgov.bonfirehub.com to administer the competitive solicitation process, including but not limited to soliciting qualifications, issuing addenda, posting results, and issuing notification of an intended decision.

The contract shall be awarded to the responsible and responsive Consultant whose SOQ is determined in writing to be the most advantageous to the CRTPA, taking into consideration all criteria set forth in this RFSQ.

Insurance

• Commercial General/Umbrella Liability Insurance - **$1,000,000** limit per occurrence for property damage and bodily injury.
• Business Automobile/Umbrella Liability Insurance - **$1,000,000** limit per accident for property damage and personal injury.
• Workers' Compensation coverage with benefits and monetary limits as set forth in Chapter 440, Florida Statutes. This policy shall include Employers'/Umbrella Liability coverage for **$1,000,000** per accident.
• Professional Liability Insurance - **$1,000,000** or as per project (ultimate loss value per occurrence).
