Abatement and Demolition at Multiple Locations

The Fulton County Schools invites you to submit a bid for furnishing any or all items as listed on the solicitation forms provided herein for Abatement and Demolition at Multiple Locations.

**Submission:** Bids will be received digitally until **2:30 p.m. EST on Tuesday, November 17, 2026**, through Euna Procurement (Bonfire) at https://fultonschools.bonfirehub.com or via the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) link on the FCS Contracting website at https://www.fultonschools.org/contracting.

Bids are subject to rejection if the signature page is not completed and returned with bid on or before the time specified for the bid opening.

Bid security in the amount of **five (5%) percent** of the lump sum base bid shall accompany each bid. Surety issuing the bid bond shall meet the requirements set forth in Articles 5.10 of the General Conditions.

A site visit will be held immediately following the pre-bid conference.

The bidder is responsible for ensuring that they have complete bidding documents including all addenda provided by the OWNER, prior to the bid due date.

Obtaining Bid Documents

Electronic Bid Documents are available Monday through Friday for **$100.00** from Goodwyn Mills Cawood Architects (GMC), 6120 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA 30339, Attention: Sayeh Naderian, Phone: 770-952-2481, Email: sayeh.naderian@gmcnetwork.com. A hard copy of the bid documents costs **$200.00**.

Bidders shall utilize a complete set of Bid Documents in preparing a bid. The failure or omission of Bidder to receive any Bid Document, form, instrument, addendum, or other document shall not relieve Bidder from any obligations with respect to the bid and/or contract.
