Materials Only - South Davis Road

The City of LaGrange, Georgia, invites sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the furnishing and delivery of water and sewer utility materials. This solicitation is for materials only; no installation, construction labor, or related field services are included.

Materials requested include approximately 740 linear feet of 6-inch Class 350 ductile iron pipe; 1,830 linear feet of 8-inch Class 350 ductile iron pipe; 2,460 linear feet of 12-inch Class 350 ductile iron pipe; 6,980 linear feet of 16-inch Class 250 ductile iron pipe; 1,500 linear feet of 2-inch HDPE pipe (SDR to be specified); and 335 linear feet of 8-inch SDR 26 PVC sewer pipe.

The procurement also includes one 6-inch, three 8-inch, three 12-inch, and four 16-inch open-right gate valves, together with 15 fire hydrant assemblies. Complete specifications, pricing requirements, and any applicable delivery instructions will be provided in the bid documents.

Bidders should provide pricing for the specified materials and identify anticipated lead times. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the complete solicitation documents and instructions issued by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities to the extent permitted by applicable law.
