Addendum No. 1 revisions
The Scope of Work shall be revised to state installation of "39 fixed generators" in lieu of the "40 fixed generators" to reflect information provided within the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications.
Exhibit B will be replaced by the revised Exhibit B document. This document includes the sizes of transfer switches at each location. All switches are to be installed with enclosures and requirements as stated in Section 16231 in the Technical Specifications.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to download all addenda from QuestCDN. Downloading addenda serves as acknowledgement of said addenda. Failure to download all addenda shall constitute an incomplete and non-conforming bid which will not be read aloud.
Non-mandatory site visits to the generator locations with the City are scheduled for October 28, 2026 at 8:30 AM. All prospective Bidders will meet at the central location of 1501 Pierce Street, Bainbridge, GA 39817 at this time. Please be aware that some sites require limited vehicle access. All generator sites are expected to be viewed on this day; any other site visits beyond the scheduled date will be determined as needed by the City.
A Utility Contractor's license will not be required for this Contract. Any language regarding this requirement shall be disregarded.
