POOL DECK RESURFACING - ALINE WOLFE ADULT RECREATION CENTER

The City of Smyrna is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, testing, protection, cleanup, and incidentals necessary to evaluate, repair, improve drainage, and resurface the pool deck at Aline Wolfe Adult Recreation Center, located at 884 Church Street, Smyrna, GA 30080. The pool will be closed and drained during the project. The City intends to select a contractor that can provide a durable, safe, slip-resistant, and maintainable deck resurfacing system appropriate for a public aquatic facility.

The selected contractor will also assess and propose solutions for localized poor drainage and the existing perimeter deck-drain system surrounding the pool.

The work must be performed between December 21, 2026 – January 8, 2027.

Bids will be received **electronically on BidNet Direct** no later than **11:00 AM on Monday, November 30, 2026**.

The City of Smyrna uses an e-procurement system for electronic solicitation through BidNet Direct and the proposal documents are available on BidNet's Georgia Purchasing Group website via the City of Smyrna Purchasing Department's Web Portal for Sealed Bids at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/georgia/cityofsmyrna.
